Upon looking at properties we soon realised the lack of video footage of the ones we were looking at and have found it exceptionally difficult to find our ideal property . Especially in times like these, we found it essential that real estate companies and landlords have video footage of their properties so that potential buyers and renters have a clear understanding of the property without violating government advice.
Yes one can face time their clients or film it themselves however most won’t or don’t, and they shouldn’t. Why scare off potential buyers with poor video footage of your properties when for a competitive price we will, and do it well. Using our expertise in colour grading, filming and editing we will help to create visually beautiful videos which your clients can watch in order to match them with their dream property. In this time of limited human contact, video content is essential.
We work by sending out a single videographer to film your desired locations. If the property you need to film has people living in it then rest assured. Our videographers all wear protection to keep themselves and the others around them safe. As soon as the NHS tracking app is live and running our videographers will be on there too.

£200 Day Rate
£600 Weekly Total
At the end of the project, you will receive the work/s at 5pm of the Friday of the given week.
